Camp KO head programs manager and instructor ,has experienced self defence needs for security personal and civilians ,growing up in London ,US ,etc and being a security consultant ,door man ,escort personnel ,Master Mike has refined and review his knowledge since the 1990s ,studying and training in Wing Chun ,Boxing ,Jiu Jitsu ,Muay Thai Kickboxing and eventualy Krav maga in 2001 ,along with Filipino Martial Arts since 2015

CLASSES AND WORKOUTS AT CAMP KO
​
Classes at CAMP KO ,begin with warm ups ,conditioning then with Krav maga classes the workouts are two hours a week ,with training and workouts covering weapons or unarmed attacks ,outdoor training and indoor ,classes are based on scenario training ,involving physical attacks ,reality based concepts ,means classes are subject themed
​
some classes are outdoor away from the camp ,students are required to dress in combat fatigues and school teachers ,combat boots or trainers from October to April ,spring summer in shorts and trainers ,
​
Students must have no ill health and a will develop a stronger body and a better cardio , Krav Maga is a military system ,the classes are intense and require technical training ,students are monitored and diets are provided for those looking to loose weight or gain body strength ,that is to say students are encouraged to train and attend as many sessions as possible at camp KO.
